Reasons why Nokia phones have become my favorite all these years.

My favorite phone make is Nokia. This is because Nokia phones are very simple and easy to use, even the newest of all makes. Many manufacturers think that coming up with a complicated phone will attract many customers but they are wrong. Nokia has remained top because it does not produce complicated phones at all. I like Nokia phones because they are a bit sophisticated too and its easy to notice a person using a Nokia phone. Again, Nokia help is always available to Nokia phone users in case they have issues with their phones. Their customer care help line is free of charge and customers are not kept waiting on the line as they seek help pertaining to their phones. Every new Nokia phone has a very detailed instruction manual that is inclusive of a few troubleshooting tips for the benefit of the user. Nokia's website is also well developed in such a manner that customers can get information pertaining to what they want online in case they do not want to call or to visit Nokia stores in person. This is basically why I will always prefer Nokia phones over other makes.
