Why adwords is the better option if you are on a tight budget

I am looking to start a business and I am on a very strict budget that I do not even want to surpass. So I was looking to advertise my products over the internet, create a website that is small and also big enough to advertise my services and goods. So I looked for a person to make a website that would be straight to the point, have all my contacts and also the description of my goods and services available. So now I had the option of seo versus adwords. I was definitely going to choose adwords because that was the only one that was a perfect fit to my budget. I had the opportune to have a fixed budget on how much I was going to spend per day when did get the chance to view my products. I also could be able to control where my web page could be viewed. I was able to control who can be able to access my web. This was good because people who were international could incur me a lot of expense if they just viewed my ad and did not make a sale. Considering how tight my budget was, I did not want to take chances by letting everyone to get access to the website.
